On July 3, the Mandela Washington Fellows, who are in residence at Michigan State University from June 19 until July 28, visited the Capitol Building. During the visit, the 25 Fellows had the opportunity to meet with Senator Sarah Anthony, chair of the state Appropriations Committee. Prince Solace, President of the Justice League of Lansing, and local outreach coordinator for the Mandela Washington Fellowship, introduced the Fellows to Senator Anthony.
